Keeping You Hydrated with Technology

Saturday Jan 10, 2015 (00:05:04)

Description

H2O-Pal is an interesting little gadget designed to help keep you hydrated throughout the day. The device, invented by Penn State University student Matej Marjanovic, keeps track of how much water you drink throughout the day. If you don't drink enough, it will remind you when it is time.

The nicest thing about this device is that it is not an entire water bottle. Many of us have bottles that we like, and don't want to have to switch just to get the features of a gadget. H2O-Pal actually connects to your existing bottle and tracks your usage.

Using an app on your phone, the platform can even learn your habits and show you how close to a perfect day you've had. There is even a gamification aspect, designed to make drinking water fun, because we all know drinking water can be uninteresting on its own.
